World stopped me, society denied to call me their part, relatives enjoyed my shedding tears, but my mother hold my hand and asked me to cross the road. This was the first incident that took place in my childhood which aware me of people I am surrounded by. The power of a girl is her father and motivation is a mother. When a girl is born, in Muslim family it is believed that Hazarat Fatima come by herself and pray for angel’s good fate. Then why society call her unlucky? Why she is asked to remain silent for the things she has not done? Why are there restrictions for her when Islam gave her highest rank in Quran? Why is she blamed every-time when she’s harassed? Why she can’t opt the career she wanted to?
All these questions are not answerable by society but are neglected by saying few words i.e. “she is girl, she must know her place well.” “Girls self-respect is in their hands, if she’s good no one can harm her.” “Girl need to stay silent for her respect.” All they mean by giving these replies is SHE IS A GIRL, WOMAN, LADY, and FEMALE.
If she is covered or not covered, young or aged, alive or dead; it is proved she is not safe. Even now a dead woman is being raped why is that so? Is there someone born who could answer this? Now where’s the society who blame girls? Is girl attracting men under the grave?
No, obviously! This is all because your son, your man, your brother have worst minds and personalities. They are not even humans! They are piece of TRASH! The power of a girl “her father” if rapes’ someone do you think she is safe too? If her motivator (mother) slams her to keep quiet, will she be able to survive? Rapping in our today’s society has become so normal that girl can’t step out without safety majors. The society is the reason who let the girls stay silent and made the boys wolves.
Kindly change yourself! Don’t let your daughters stay home instead ask your sons to stay home. Cause one wolf can eat many deer but a single deer can’t harm anyone. Ask your son to respect woman rather than asking a girl to secure her respect. Society needs change!
